Source Routing
Summary is we will start implementing a source routing protocol (SRP) that is compliant with the current TEP 139.
Om will create the directory in the repository, and Doug will take the lead in implementation.
Protocol Testing
One question about TEP 140 was whether energy consumption should be part of the benchmark metrics. The consensus is no because of the following reasons. First, energy consumption might not be easy to measure on all testbeds and simulators. Second, energy consumption has strong correlation to the amount network traffic and radio ON time.
Thahn will do one pass on TEP 140, and Mike will do the next pass.
