- TEP 140 has gone through several passes

- Discussion on definition of "stablizing time" concept

- Discussion on whether we should consider testing with high data rate and/or

achievable rate for collection protocols

- Start writing code for benchmark suites

- The code went through the first iteration

- Will address some issues and do several more iterations before making it publicly available
