The Sensirion SHT11 is the Temperature and Humidity sensor presented in several motes:

Specifications

Humidity sensor range: 0 to 100% RH Resolution: 0,03% RH Accuracy: +- 3,5% RH

Temperature sensor range: -40ºC to 123,8ºC Resolution: 0,01ºC Accuracy: +- 0,5ºC at 25ºC
